Monumental version of Oracle's Vision is in the collection of Springfield, Ohio
Mattison, Robert S. Ronald Bladen Sculpture: To Conquer Space. The Artist Book Foundation, 2018. Pg. 74:
Bladen stated emphatically in his presentation that Oracle’s Vision “is an abstract resolution of form that presents a visual siting in keeping with the open building and plaza.” But, Oracle’s Vision is not just in keeping with the site; it provides a forceful counterpoint to it. The sculpture is far more ominous than Black Lightning. It is defiant in its attempt to control and manipulate the surrounding space. Bladen had been moved by the force of industry connected to Springfield, but also by the social and economic impact of the industrial decline and the resulting workers’ strike.
